Mode of Application :
- Offline : This mode can only be used by those residing in remote areas of India (i.e. in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland,Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahauland Spiti District and Pangi sub-division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh,Andaman and Nicobar Islands or Lashadweep as per para 6 of the notification).Applications should be addressed to "Controller of Examinations, Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069 by Post/Speed Post only by 14th February, 2011.
2. Online : Candidates who are not residing in the above mentioned remote areas should apply through online mode only as per the notification.Before applying online it is advisable to go through the detailed instructions for applying Online.
Fee : Rs.50/- (either by remitting the money in any branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of SBI or by using any Visa/Master Credit/Debit Card.) [excepting SC/ST/Female/PH candidates who are exempted from payment of fee]
